Podcast #24: What to do when you think you might fail
Every time we start something new, there is a huge possibility that we may fail. OR SO WE THOUGHT!
There is also a huge possibility that we may succeed. Like crazy, crazy success.
So how do know? What can we do to shift our thoughts to a more positive place? Whatever project you're going after now, I invite you to make a list with two columns. In one column, list the negative possible outcomes. In the other column, list the positive possible outcomes. Then make a big fat red X through the negative ones and start focusing on the positive ones.
Visualization is also an amazing technique. Start embodying what your successes will feel like. Live them as if they are happening right now.
